How to book a class?

 Non-members will not be allowed to book a class.

Members can book online or via the app.

Please cancel your class booking if you are no longer able to attend, someone else could be desperately waiting for a spot!

Please note that class spaces are limited so, to ensure maximum attendance, we will be operating a strike-based system whereby two no shows within a month period will result in a £5 penalty against your name which will be donated to a charity of your choice. 

If the class you would like to book is full, please join the waiting list! You will be notified via the app/email and automatically moved into the class if a space becomes available. Remember, you may be moved into the class up to an hour before it starts so, be sure to keep an eye on your emails to avoid getting a strike!

  

Do you have lockers?

Absolutely. Please bring your own lock to keep your belongings safe! We recommend a combination lock to avoid losing your key whilst training. 

We also provide lockers for hire for a small fee – these are convenient because you can leave your belongings overnight as you please!

 

Can I get a snack? 

We have a bunch of treats available to buy at our RetroCafe on site. From smoothies and juices to protein bars and cheeky chocolates, we have a little something for every post-workout mood. 

 

Are there showers? 

Yes, and they come equipped with Molton Brown body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to keep you feeling fresh after your intense training session, or alternatively, escape reality for a moment in one of our saunas. Club members are entitled to one bath towel per visit. 

 

Guest Passes?  

Non-members can use the gym on a day pass for a cost of £25. Guests will be asked for some form of ID and to complete a waiver form prior to entry.

 

Can I freeze my membership?  

The answer is yes! And you can request to do this via our contact form! Instead of paying your normal monthly rate, we reduce this to £25 per month while you’re away. This can be done for a period of up to 6 months. We will freeze free of charge if a member is sick, injured or pregnant (medical proof required).

 

Can I Cancel my membership? 

Of course, we’ll be sad to see you go! But we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness regime and you may need to terminate your membership. Some of our memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period, please complete the contact form online.

 

How is the club respecting public health guidelines?

Our management and staff are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment whilst you train. We are taking every opportunity to ensure you can enjoy our facilities, with this in mind we have carefully considered how we will be able to work together to ensure you maximize your training whilst ensuring the safety of both you and our staff.

 

Our Promise to you:

  • We shall endeavour to maintain a high standard of hygiene and keep a safe environment for you to exercise in.

  • We shall monitor the social distancing rules we have applied to ensure your safety is paramount when using our facilities.

  • We shall ensure that our staff are always on duty to deliver a high standard hygiene principle

  • We will take all reasonable steps to ensure our team are trained in social distancing and good hygiene standards.

  • We provide hand sanitizers and antibacterial wipes, we ask you to clean your equipment before and after use.

  • We respect your decisions and allow you to make your own decision on your regime however we always reserve the right to ask you to maintain social distancing measures including when using the wet area of the club.

 

Do you have water?  

Yes, water stations are available throughout the gym. We encourage you to bring your own bottle to fill so we can reduce our plastic waste!

 

What do I do if I lose something? 

There is no doubt that humans have been losing things ever since our cave-dwelling ancestors first walked the earth. We will keep items in our ‘lost and found’ for one month, after which they will be donated to charity. Please ask a member of staff in club for assistance if you’ve misplaced something.
